Suprised me.<br /><br />Also took a run at making yogurt from powdered milk. More on that tomarrow after it has chilled.<br /><br />Set up to start a sour dough. I have never tried that before.<br /><br />What else, tried out those vacuum freezer bags for a batch of parsley and set up to dehydrate the balance of the celery.<br /><br />The freeser bags show promise, scrunch the contents up enough that I will be able to stuff about three times the quantity of frozen vegies and fruits into the freezer. <br /><br />Digging potatoes tomarrow. Any traces of blight should have frozen off by now and the cold room has cooled enough to put them away. Hopefully the youngster will help out. Still need to put the garden tools away and finish putting up the storm windows.<br /><br />It is late.
